Fee Rules
Kindly fill in the challan form with correct scholar’s Register No. , Name , Class, Section & contact No. in clear writing. Fees will be collected in 4 installments namely in July, October, January and February. Fees will be collected by Indian Overseas Bank, Kaiserganj, Ajmer (School Premises) on all working days from 1st to 20th of July, October, January and February between 10.00 A.M. and 03.30 P.M. and on Saturdays between 10.00 A.M. and 12.30 P.M. Lunch Time – 02.00 P.M. to 02.30 P.M. All fees must be paid by the 20th of, July, October, January and February. Those whose fees are not paid by the 20th of these months will have to pay a fine of Rs. 100/- for that installment upto 25th and Rs. 150/- per installment till the end of that month office in cash . No fees will be accepted in the bank after 25th of the month and no fees will be accepted in the school office after the end of the installment month . The defaulters of one installments will have to pay a fine of Rs.200/- when the fees of that installment are paid along with the next installment. The next installment. The names of those boys whose fees are in arrears for 2 consecutive months will be struck off the register. Defaulters may be re-admitted on paying the arrears and the re-admission fee of Rs. 5000.00. Habitual defaulter’s name will be struck off the roll. School Office Timings for depositing fees after 25th to the end of the month will be from 08.30A.M. to 12.30P.M. Only. Bus fees are chargeable for 11 months only. (No Bus fees will be charged for the month of June.) School fees are chargeable for 12 months i.e. from July to June. Parents kindly pay the fees in the Bank preferably in local cheques for your convenience. Please write the details of the student on the back of cheque.
